I get it things happen - I do require 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost is due prior to booking future appointments. This fee is not applied to the service total. No shows & same day cancellations are subject to 100% of the service price prior to booking future appointments.
